Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking any school coaching sessions for your child with Athletic Elite. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions:

Registration and Consent:

  1. a. Parents or legal guardians must register their child for coaching sessions and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. b. By registering your child, you consent to them participating in the coaching sessions provided by Athletic Elite.
  3. c. Parents or legal guardians must inform Athletic Elite of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have.

Health and Safety:

  1. a. Athletic Elite prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants. We maintain appropriate safety measures during coaching sessions.
  2. b. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is in good health and fit to participate in the coaching sessions.
  3. c. Athletic Elite and its coaches are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the sessions, except in cases of negligence.

Code of Conduct:

  1. a. Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of behavior and sportsmanship during coaching sessions.
  2. b. Any misconduct, bullying, or disrespectful behavior towards coaches or other participants may result in immediate termination of the child's participation without refund.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds:
  4. a. Parents or legal guardians must notify Athletic Elite of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
  5. b. Refunds for cancellations made within the designated time frame will be subject to Athletic Elite's refund policy, which may vary depending on the circumstances.
  6. Photography and Videography:
  7. a. Athletic Elite may occasionally take photographs or videos during coaching sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
  8. b. By booking a session, you grant Athletic Elite the right to use such photographs or videos without requiring additional consent or compensation.

Changes to Sessions:

  1. a. Athletic Elite reserves the right to modify or cancel coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or instructor unavailability.
  2. b. In the event of a session cancellation, Athletic Elite will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Data Protection:

  1. a. Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with Athletic Elite's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
